Remembering Edgar Mitchell: UFO/ET disclosure advocate

(COLUMBIA DAILY TRIBUNE) — Former NASA astronaut Edgar Mitchell, who walked on the moon in 1971, died Feb. 4 at the age of 85 in West Palm Beach, Fla., just one day before the 45th anniversary of his historic Apollo 14 lunar landing. Mitchell’s mission was the Apollo program’s fourth and was the first after Apollo 13’s failed attempt to land because of a pre-landing oxygen tank explosion.

Mitchell was accompanied to the moon’s surface by U.S. Navy Capt. Alan Shepard. The two collected 94 pounds of moon rock for scientific research back on Earth. During their 33 hours of work, they completed the longest moonwalk in history. Read more »

UFO lobbyist Stephen Bassett: Obama will be the UFO ‘disclosure president’

(FOX NEWS RADIO) — On Thursday on “The Alan Colmes Show,” Alan spoke with Washington’s only registered UFO lobbyist, Stephen Bassett, about what the government knows about discovering extraterrestrial life in the universe and if the public will ever truly be informed about it.

Bassett told Alan that the government has known about UFOs and their contact with humans for decades, including U.S. presidents who wanted to do further research. Bassett also said that it will be Barack Obama who will make history by being the first president to fully disclose what the government knows and explained why the media has been part of a coverup.
